1. No Collection of Personal Data

We do not directly collect, store, or process any Personal Data from our users.

• Definition of Personal Data: Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any information that can directly or indirectly identify you.

• No User Accounts: Our Service operates without the requirement for user registration or accounts, ensuring we do not link any activity to a persistent user identity.

2. Handling and Deletion of Content Files

The core of our privacy commitment is the extremely limited storage duration for the files you process.

• Temporary Processing: The content you upload (e.g., Markdown .md files) and the content we generate (e.g., HTML files) are only temporarily processed to fulfill your conversion and download request.

• Deletion Commitment (Approximate Timeline): All files processed by our Service, including the original uploaded file and the resulting converted file, will typically be automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within three (3) hours of processing completion. In the rare event of minor delays due to system load, we guarantee the files will be swiftly deleted.

• Purpose of Retention: We retain the file for this brief three-hour period solely to allow users sufficient time to complete the download in case of network interruption or connection issues. These files will never be used for any other purpose.
